The School of Transformational Business (SOTB) is a 6-week hands-on course designed to equip you to launch and lead a business with a missional purpose. Whether you’re starting a business, growing a ministry initiative, or exploring how business and faith intersect, this school provides you with the biblical foundation, practical tools, and community to move forward with confidence.

What You’ll Learn

SOTB is built around the core principles of Business With A Mission (BWAM). Each week dives into key areas of spiritual and business development. Foundations of BWAM, Integration with Missions, Character & Leadership in Business, Biblical Marketing & Market Research, Financial Management, and Business Plan Development.

More Than a Classroom

SOTB is not just a theory; it’s a full community and spiritual growth experience. Throughout the course, you’ll also participate in: Daily Devotions, Workshops, Small Groups, and Work Duties.

Foundations of BWAM

BWAM Vision and Values,  Biblical Foundation, History and Introduction into Business and Mission Plan.

Integration into the Mission

Addressing Traditional Mindsets & Sacred vs. Secular. Defining Integration and Workplace Discipleship Skills.

Character and Leadership

The Heart, Integrity, Identity and Character of the Business Leader. Not to led by money but by God.

Marketing Research

Roots and Heart of Biblical Marketing, Value people and Relationship and Essentials of Basic Marketing.

Financial Management

Biblical Basis of Money, Budget making, Break even Point, Basic accounting and Financial forecasting.

Presentation of Business Plan

Coaching on power point presentations, Business Plan and Mission Plan and SOTB Debriefing & Outcomes.
